We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to our bank account (details available at finance office)
• Cash: At the finance office during business hours
• Mobile Money: Telebirr, M-Pesa (coming soon)
• Cheque: Certified checks payable to "Abune Samuel School"

All payments must include the student's full name and ID number for proper crediting.

To reset your parent portal password:

1. Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password"
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Check your email for a password reset link (check spam folder)
4. Click the link and create a new password
5. Login with your new password

Our school transportation service covers the following areas:

• Zone 1: City Center, Piazza area
• Zone 2: Arada, Fasil areas
• Zone 3: Maraki, Kebele 16
• Zone 4: Azezo, Tewodros

Transportation Fee: 3,500 ETB per year (payable in installments)

Report cards are released according to the following schedule:

• Quarter 1: November 15
• Quarter 2: January 30
• Quarter 3: April 15
• Quarter 4: June 30

Report cards are available online through the parent portal and printed copies are sent home with students. Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled 1 week after each report card release.
